COVID-19

The health and safety of campers is our primary focus. Our summer 2020 camps are currently scheduled to proceed as planned. Like you, we are continually monitoring COVID-19 developments. If it is determined that our camps should be canceled, we will issue campers a full refund within 48 hours of cancelation (minus Ryzer card processing/convenience fees).

As an added safeguard our event offers Allianz Registration Protection insurance. For an additional fee, this insurance refunds your full registration fee if camp is held but you cannot attend or must leave early due to a covered injury or illness which includes COVID-19. Details can be found

Who: Middle School, JV & Varsity High School, & AAU Teams
Check-In: 8:00am - 9:00am
Games Start: 9:00am
Full Payment: $100 per Team (includes officials fee, Coaches Chalk Talk w/GS WBB Staff & Players Huddle w/GS Lady Eagles) plus an additional one-time $25 per camper fee
Deposit Option: $75 Non-Refundable Due by May 15th  / Balance Due May 31st

Camp concessions will be available for purchase.
Lunch will be available @ Georgia Southern Dining Commons for $8.75/person

Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender)

*** The camper needs to have a physical done within the last 12 months signed off by a physician, all required camp paperwork, and a valid health insurance card upon arrival to the camp. If the camper does not have those items they CAN NOT participate until those items have been collected. Athletic trainers will be there for camp registration to make sure those items have been collected***
